Jane, along with her husband Smokey Hynes, founded W.A. Hynes & Company, Inc. in 1976, when the IT Consulting / Staffing industry was in it’s infancy. For 33 years, through 4 recessions, embracing new technologies, adapting to evolving staffing trends and industry changes, she has kept Hynes & Company true to their original values of service, excellence and integrity.
Sammye Hynes – Director of Human Resources/Compliance
The 30+ years that Sammye has spent in Human Resources has instilled in her a passion for helping people and solving problems. In her position she feels personally responsible for the treatment and well being of every consultant. She feels that HR’s role is to support our employees with any payroll, benefits, workplace or other HR issues promptly, with understanding, discretion and enthusiasm. And she insists that her entire staff adhere to the same values. Having been with Hynes and Company for over 14 years, she truly embodies the corporate values of excellence, service and integrity.
Mary Ann Mancuso – Director of Staffing Resources
With 33 years in the Staffing Industry, I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with Hiring Managers and Job Candidates from many different industries and job experience. Every day is rewarding knowing you have made a significant impact in another person's life or contribution in the success of their business. I believe the key to success in our industry is to thoroughly understand your candidate and client needs and to deliver results. Adam McKenna – Systems Operations Manager/Managed Services Division Manager
Adam, Hynes & Company’s own “IT Guy”, has over 15 years experience, with a variety of technical systems and is responsible for the creation and development of all of Hynes and Company’s extensive information and technical systems, and many of the processes, used today. Adam is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with special focus on Security, and has also received ComTIA’s Security+ certification. Adam feels that there are many ways to create a process or system; the trick is to make it the most efficient for the user, effective for the process, while keeping budgets in mind for the manager or company owner.
Marc DiMaio – Project Services Divsion Manager
Marc DiMaio has been in the IT industry for over 15 years and provides guidance, project management and tactical support so our Clients can focus on the business of their business. Using proven management methodologies, we blend the outsourced flexibility of Project Services with the budget value of staff augmentation.
