What should my resume look like?
Resume length should be kept to a minimum (2-3 pages). Your resume should be a snapshot of your experience that will create interest and make the client want to know more about you. It should be a tool to get you that interview, then once you have the interview you can go into more depth about your relative experience. If a job seeker’s resume reads like a small novel, the manager will get lost and likely not understand your core strengths. We also recommend having multiple resumes that focus on specific experience and skills.
What can I expect after I apply to your company?
Your background will be matched to current opportunities and your skills will be evaluated immediately.  One of our recruiters will contact you if your background meets one of our current positions.  If not, you will be in our database and available to be evaluated as new positions open up on a daily basis.
Do you have many jobs for background right now?
Our open jobs change daily and the right opportunity may not be available in that pool.  However, we recognize the value of talent and take a proactive approach to seeking out opportunities for you.  Only 20% of open positions are advertised and our sales team can uncover that hidden gem.

How are you different from they guy down the street, or services offered from "big box" stores?

Our difference comes from two areas; first, day to day technical business operations management requires more than just technical know-how or raw skill, it takes an understanding of how small, medium, and large business operate to survive in today’s economy. Yes, we would all like an array of Exchange Servers to handle our email in house, but for most small business, that configuration is not an option. Second; our primary goal is not to perform "break-fix" operations for you, although we will minimize your need for service calls, because anyone can stick a disc in a PC and install software. We however, partner with you to improve your business systems and processes; “break-fix” is just a necessary evil of working with technical systems.
