- A solutions meeting – we’ll discuss your business, your plans, your goals, and audit your systems. These meeting will continue to happen depending on the services you choose.
- 24/7 Monitoring – our goal, is that that we’ll be contacting you in regards to issues you experience before your staff knows there’s an issue. Most solutions we provide include anti-virus, firewalls, and some include data backup, all to keep your business issue free and your staff productive.
- Use “any-way-you-want” hours – you may have a project coming up, just need an hour of tech support, or want to discuss the new security system you are thinking about having installed; regardless of the issue our service contracts include free use “any-way-you-want” hours each month so that we can partner with you and support your needs, without extra costs.
- The People – our team is here to help you, keep things running, and offer suggestions. We don’t sell equipment and are not tied to any specific brands so there are no hidden agendas, however we will make recommendations to you. Sometimes the answers we have and the answers you want to hear are two different things, you expect your staff to tell you what is really going on, and that’s what well do; after all our real goal is to support and train you and your staff, not make us look good on paper.
