Our Managed Services Team is lead by Adam McKenna whom joined Hynes & Company in 2004 during his final semester at Sonoma State University; and graduated with a BS in Business Management focusing on Computer Information Systems. Prior to his employment at Hynes, Adam’s IT and management accomplishments include: creation and management of the first web site and website design class at his former high school, being recruited directly out of high school to assist with a previously local telecommunications companies’ corporate office efforts to deploy a point to multi-point residential wireless solution (today, a similar business grade technology provides Hynes with wireless 10Mb T1 class service), and surpassed top figures for technical equipment sales and support after only 3 months at a high end specialty computers and electronics dealer.
Adam, Hynes & Company’s own “IT Guy”, has over 15 years experience, with a variety of technical systems and is responsible for the development of all of Hynes and Company’s extensive information and technical systems; migrating the company from a basic client server network to one including fully automated backups, reporting and accounting systems, integrated and unified communication services, and highly available remote access tools. Adam is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with special focus on Security, and has also received ComTIA’s Security+ certification.

When issues arise, you’ll probably work directly with your own assigned Hynes Managed Services Site Engineer not realizing that a team is supporting your systems from our corporate office. In fact, once we get your network operating at peak performance, you will probably hear from us more than we hear from you.
Most new clients enjoy working directly with Adam, as he evaluates your network and discuss your business plans and goals. After his initial meetings with you he will personally assign you to a Site Engineer that is best suited to your needs. And, as with entire Hynes and Company’s Management team, he’s always available to answer your questions or concerns.
