& Candidate Presentations
When Business
and Technical Consulting candidates are identified that meet the
requirements of the current need, our recruiting staff utilizes
proprietary industry-proven behavioral qualification techniques
and referencing methodologies to further narrow down qualified
candidates. These candidates are then further qualified by our
Technical Profiling team and Account Managers, and finally presented
to waHco Project Manager or Client. The Account Management &
Technical Profiling group conducts in-person meetings to further
qualify unknown resource entities.
Beyond the
normal Technical Profiling of any professionals, waHco reviews
the “personality & behavioral” elements of our
People to best determine the correct role corresponding
to the environment and management of the project team.
Resource
Candidate Referencing
Along with
formal Background Investigations required by our engagement opportunities,
waHco also performs solicited & unsolicited reference inquiries.
We solicit at least 3 of the resource candidate’s last applicable
managers or supervisors. Our unsolicited referencing efforts are
a major component to our long-standing resource Retention
record. Utilizing our branded behavioral techniques, we dig a
little deeper in qualifying our Talent base,
obtaining additional information to assist our Quality & Account
Management efforts. Through this additional screening, we have
been able to reassign and redeploy our resources to other projects
or employment opportunities more than 30% of the time.
